Cleaning and waste management
Our cleaning and waste management services leave your premises sparkling, inside and out! We make sure your workspaces are pristine, handling everything from disinfecting the office kitchen, wiping down desks, maintaining toilet facilities, and emptying waste, to clearing out the guttering and washing windows and external cladding.
We are very happy to work around your schedule too. Our teams can be keyholders for your property, allowing us to complete the cleaning work outside of your usual working hours. Alternatively, we can work around your team, doing all we can to minimise any disruption to their workday.
Building maintenance and safety
As you know, a well-maintained site is a healthy and productive site. We can conduct regular building maintenance and safety testing on your premises to keep everything in perfect working order and keep you on the right side of UK law.
Our general maintenance services include everything from changing lightbulbs to unblocking toilets. We can conduct PAT testing on electrical equipment as well as fire safety testing and HVAC system servicing.

With our own fleet of specialist repair vehicles and tools, including tarmacking machinery and cherry pickers, based in York, we can be on the scene and assessing the issue with very little notice. We work with a trusted network of local contractors too, so regardless of the problem, we will know the right experienced tradesperson for the repair.
